REFUND POLICY
RETURNS:
We are sure that you will like our products as much as we do. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may get a return. The return must be received by us within 30 days of the original ship date. To be accepted for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it.
REFUNDS:
We would recommend using a recorded shipping service and keeping the proof of postage. Please note that your shipping costs are non-refundable. Your package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
We will send you a notification once we have received your returned item. We will also let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
EXCHANGES:
Items can only be replaced if they are defective. Please check your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of the delivered date if the product is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right with no cost incurred to the buyer. TAXES & DUTIES:
All customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility. If your order incurs these additional costs, they must be paid by you for the package to clear customs.
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to duties, which must be paid by the customer.
For international orders (outside Canada), please note that no refunds will be issued if the shipment is refused or returned for any reason.
For orders within Canada, if a package is refused, a refund will be issued once the item is returned, minus the shipping costs.
